ویلایی مسکونی دماوند در باغی به مساحت 1000 متر مربع در یکی از بهترین نقاط شهرستان دماوند به نام محله روح افزا طراحی و ساخته شده است. سطح زیر بنای احداثی 450 متر مربع، در سه طبقه میباشد كه به فضاهای ذیل تقسيم میشود. طبقه همکف شامل دو اتاق خواب با سرویس بهداشتی اختصاصی، سونای خشک و جکوزی، تأسيسات موتورخانه و پاركينگ میباشد. دسترسی به محوطه ی باغ و دسترسی سواره به مجموعه از این تر از امکان پذیر است. طبقه اول شامل سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و نهار خوری، اتاق خواب ميهمان همراه با سرویس بهداشتی و حمام اختصاصی میباشد و ارتباط پياده نيز از ضلع شمالی و در این تراز تأمين میشود. طبقه دوم به شکل دوبلکس طراحی شده و شامل سالن پذیرایی، مينیبار، دو اتاق خواب با سرویس حمام و جکوزی اختصاصی، با دید پانوراما مشرف به كوهستان های منطقه میباشد. ساختمان كاملا مبله با امکانات رفاهی مناسب تجهيز شدهاست. تراس های ویالا رو به باغ و در حریم درختان، محوطه ای خصوصی را در فضای باز ایجاد میكند. سقف بنا بصورت شيروانی با زاویه ی شيب استاندارد در مناطق كوهستانی و برف گير طراحی شده است. سيستم گرمایش مجموعه رادیاتور و موتورخانه است كه علاوه بر آبرسانی و گرمایش به جکوزی نيز سرویس میدهد. در طراحی محوطه باغ تالش در جهت حفظ فضای سبز موجود و افزایش هر چه بيشتر آن بودهاست و امکاناتی نظير آلاچيق، آب نما و باربکيو نيز به آن اضافه شده است. اتاق سرایداری نيز در گوشه ای از فضای باغ و در دورترین فاصله تا بنای اصلی جانمایی شده است.
