Die Mahan Aircraft Company errichtet am Standort des Flughafens Kerman, Butia, ein Flugtrainingszentrum, das mit Flugzeugsimulatoren vom Typ Airbus A-300-600 und BAE-146 ausgestattet ist, für die Ausbildung von Kurs- oder Flugstudenten sowie für die Auf- und Weiterbildung ihrer Piloten. Der Grund- und Detailentwurf dieses Bildungszentrums, angrenzend an das bestehende Airbus 4B300-A-Simulatorgebäude, auf 4 Etagen (Keller, Erdgeschoss, erstes und zweites) mit einer Fläche von 3200 Quadratmetern, wurde der Mitte zugewiesen East Water and Environment Company.
