تم إسناد مهمة مراجعة التصميم والإشراف وإدارة تنفيذ مجمع سيد الشهداء (ع) للخدمات الاجتماعية الواقع في شارع العباس بمدينة كربلاء إلى شركة المياه والبيئة. يتكون هذا المبنى من 6 طوابق يتم استخدامها بالترتيب من الأسفل إلى الأعلى، الطابق السفلي: 2 مبنى مرافق، الطابق السفلي: 1 ميضأة وخدمات صحية وحمام، الطابق الأرضي مطبخ وعيادة، الطابق الأول: مطعم، الطابق الثاني: فصول تعليمية و الطابق الثالث: أجنحة سكنية. تبلغ المساحة الإجمالية لهذا المجمع 14000 متر مربع وهو أول بناء ذو إطار معدني في مدينة كربلاء. تم تجهيز هذا المجمع بأنظمة التكنولوجيا الحديثة مثل المطبخ الحديث وهاتف IP وكاميرا الدائرة المغلقة الرقمية مع إمكانية نقل الصور ونظام إنذار الحريق والإطفاء النشط والسلبي وأنظمة الإضاءة الذكية والأبواب المجهزة بنظام بطاقة قابلة للتوجيه و… يكون.
