In these past few years the demand for construction of traditional hotels has increased in Yazd, Kashan, Isfahan and Shiraz. After Procurement of the building/property, private sectors sign a contract with consultants in order to implement the feasibility study and provide the construction drawings. In that regard a private financer bought a building related to the second Pahlavi period with the area of 700 sqm in the city of Yazd and assigned the architectural, structural retrofitting, mechanical and electrical facility drawings to MEWE. After precise studies the existing building will be transform to a traditional hotel with 30 rooms, restaurant and commercial units. Electrical segment of the project include lighting, phone and television, CCTV, electrical locking systems for rooms, automation of reception and sound system. Also mechanical design includes heating and cooling systems, water and waste water, firefighting and alarm, ventilation and modern kitchen. Currently, the study and design phases has been completed and the construction is ongoing. Also, a technical feasibility report is provided by MEWE.
