تخطط شركة ماهان للطائرات لتطوير مركز تدريب على الطيران مجهز بأجهزة محاكاة خاصة بها لتدريب الطلاب على دورات الطيران بالإضافة إلى ترقية وتحديث طياريها، وذلك لإضافة جهاز محاكاة لطائرة إيرباص 600-A-340 والتنبؤ بالطائرة المناسبة. مساحة لجهازي محاكاة آخرين، والتي سيتم إضافتها إلى الأسطول في المستقبل، وضعها على جدول الأعمال. تم الانتهاء من التصميم الأساسي والتفصيلي لهذا المبنى، المجاور لمبنى المحاكاة الحالي لطائرات إيرباص A-340-600 وBAE-146، على 3 طوابق (سرداب، طابق أرضي، طابق أول) بمساحة 2300 متر مربع. لدى شركة الشرق الأوسط للمياه والبيئة. تشمل خدمات التصميم العمليات والهندسة المعمارية والهيكلية والمرافق الكهربائية والميكانيكية، والتي تم تنفيذها من قبل مهندسي التصميم في الشركة خلال 4 أشهر، مع مراعاة معايير التصميم الخاصة بالشركة المصنعة، والمحاكاة.
