Middle East Water and Environment Consulting Engineers Company

Since its formation, Middle East Water and Environmental Consulting Engineers has been able to have various collaborations with foreign partner companies in various projects. So that during the period of activity, cooperations have been made with the companies of the countries of the four continents of the world except Africa. These collaborations were all in the form of projects inside Iran. The choice of the Middle East name is inspired by the desire to develop the company’s labor market at the level of the Middle East countries.

History

Middle East Water and Environment consulting engineers was established in July 2004. The founders and shareholders of MEWE were previous Water Research Center (affiliated to Iranian Ministry of Energy) management team. They organized present company, based on the government’s policy of invoking specialized private firms in the field of water engineering. At the beginning, activities were mostly focused on the studies and designs in the field of water and tailings management in the mines.

Policy

In MEWE, we believe that “client satisfaction” and “continual progress” are measures of success, securing the survival, growth, and profitability of the company. Among the companv brivileges are last responses to the client. prompt and easy relation with overseas partner companies and providing client with useful and orderly deliverables. In MEWE. well trained, specialists and experienced human resources are considered as the company’s most valuable capital.
 
 
 

Our Organization

MEWE organization chart, as shown in figure 1, is simple and project oriented. The managing board is fully involved in everyday activities of the company. Technical and Countenance managers work as deputies of the Managing Director. The project managers have key roles in executive procedures of the company. Quality assurance, quality control and implementation of different management systems through “Management Systems and “Quality Control” offices acting under Managing Director and his Technical Deputy.

At present, the number of MEWE staff is around 150 people, comprised of 95 engineers, 30 technicians, 20 administrative staff, and 5 company board members, working in different central offices in Tehran and projects construction sites.
